It is a family owned company and the husband and wife came out to talk over the contract and brought their paint samples for us to choose from. They were very friendly and professional. We scheduled it for the next week and they showed up ready to do it, completed the work to such detail that during the final walk through, I couldn't find a thing to have fixed...and I am picky! The owner, Josh was one site and answered any questions I had and made the changes I suggested as the work was going along. He kept me informed and involved, but offered his professional opinion without being pushy. I will recommend them to everyone I know! Plus I may have them out to do some painting inside as well! They are the best! "

In 2001 I had Qualiy One out to pressure wash and do a roof treatment on my house. Josh and his employee were so nice and worked quickly to get the roof looking great. When my husband and I decided to paint the exterior of our house in 2007, we remembered the company. Josh came out the next day and did an estimate for us. When we decided to paint our house, we took the time to get 4 estimates from local companies. When we got the estimate from Quality One we were nothing short of impressed. My house hadn't been painted for 20 years or so. The siding was cracked and peeling everywhere. I had considered vinyl siding and decided to call a professional painter first. Josh came out, explained that if it was prepped properly (i.e. pressure washed,scraped, sanded, calked and primed) that it would be more cost effective and would guarantee that he could seal it and prevent this from happening without replacing the siding. It has been 5 years now and all it has done is faded, but we were very happy with the complete difference this made and the money we saved. My wife and I are retired and now that we have to rely on others for the upkeep it is nice to have a company that we can trust to do a good job and keep their word.
